New Suzuki Swift Lower Torque Mount Insert

This week we bring you a new torque mount

insert for the 1.0T BoosterJet models of the Mk4 Suzuki Swift,

to provide a much-needed increase to throttle response, especially beneficial

on the Mild-Hybrid version.

Developed to fill voiding in the existing torque mount, this insert

stiffens the bush and ensures a more responsive pedal feel, whilst being

affordable and easy to fit.

PFF73-523 Lower Engine Mount Insert is engineered to not only improve the

driving sensation but also to strengthen the mount to increase the lifetime of

the OE part during fast road use.

Insert uses the same design, but is made from our 95A Durometer material to provide the most

resistance to engine movement, ideal for track use.

A small increase in NVH, usually at idle, should be expected

when stiffening the connecting mount between the

engine/transmission and chassis. The harder the material used, the greater

the NVH transmitted.
